hello.

i want to report some bugs concerning the mozilla 2000121506 release.
unfortunately i had to write this message with VIM and paste it
afterwards into mozilla, because of unusabillity of mozilla.

unfortunately i recognized a couple of wrong behaves within the email
composer of mozilla and i suggest you guys have a clean review of what
you have done there.

- WYSIWYG is not WYSIWYG. i use to convert incomming emails to become
ASCII only because i hate it getting HTML mails. after reading and
replying to them, i recognized that the formating is totally wrong
after newformating using the keyboard and my own way of style the
text, i was getting a totally corrupt endresult.

e.g. sending the new correctly formated text, will have it look
pretty much like a piece of ****. it then totally looks different
as i composed it with the ASCII only composer within mozilla..

e.g.

> blahhsa dflasdfhljsdahfjlsdhfsdlj
> asldhalsjkdjldsahfjsldahfjldsahff
> dsafhasldfhsljadfhsjdlafjlk

will become somewhat after pressing send

> blahhsa dflasdfhljsdahfjlsdhfsdlj asldhalsjkdjldsahfjsldahfjldsahff
> dsafhasldfhsljadfhsjdlafjlk

but i really made sure that i hit return after all lines..

- i also recognized, when pressing return within the composer
a new line gets added but the cursor wont go down for one line.
it stays exactly where it is...

- i also recognized, that the cursor always look awfull when reaching
the end of the line, its look willl be placed a half line above
the actuall line, going back one char will show the cursor placed
  correctly again.

- i also recognized, that when you start indenting lines with space
the ammount of spaces get changed..

e.g.

- hello this is an hello text
  nice to be helloed..

you see 2 spaces indented.. after pressing send it will look most like
this

- hello this is an hello text
     nice to be helloed..

thats all i recognized... now i have to pray that this text will reach
www.mozilla.org .. or better bugzilla ;)
Reporter, please report one bug per bug report. That makes it a lot easier to
deal with the bugs, since different people are responsible for different aspects
of Mozilla and MailNews.

In particular, the bug about extra spaces getting added is probably a duplicate
of bug 57800, while the other bugs you report may not be duplicates.

I am marking this bug invalid because there is nothing really useful that can be
done with it as it is. Please file several bugs; one for each problem you
describe. That would greatly increase each individual bug's chance to be fixed.
Also, please read the bug writing guidelines at
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html for more information
on writing useful bug reports.

Thanks for using Mozilla and reporting bugs!

nice way of solving bugs ;) i should remember that..
its hard writing in an foreign language and getting such
stupid answers. you guys should be thankfull that other
ppl are wasting their time with that..

well its only a matter of time.. i wasted 2 weeks on
mozilla now. but well i will stay for another while
till i get pissedoff completely. then i might change
to something else..

its also hard to make 10000 separate bugreports when
mozilla starts crashing while writing only 1 bug..

i hope mozilla wont crash so i can submit this one..

with friendly greets ali akcaagac

helping to cut this bug up. Part of it becoming:
bug 63064 'indenting lines with spacebar is innacurate'
Second part : bug 63066
Fabian.
This paragraph:

- i also recognized, when pressing return within the composer
a new line gets added but the cursor wont go down for one line.
it stays exactly where it is...

Is possibly a dup of or related to intermittant bug 55291 "first "enter" in
mailcompose behaves like CR (no LF)"

Third part : bug 63068
> i also recognized, when pressing return within the composer
> a new line gets added but the cursor wont go down for one line.
> it stays exactly where it is...
That is bug 55291.
Marking invalid really now.
