Hi, using Firefox 4.0b10 on Windows 7 Ultimate I met a little problem.
When you make Full Screen (F11) and minimize the window and then restore current window, the toolbar that should appear when the mouse focus, no longer appears.
It seems that this bar out of display dimensions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter Full Screen Mode (F11).
2.Minimize from full screen mode.
3.Restore the window from minimize state.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b11pre) Gecko/20110201 Firefox/4.0b11pre 

Could you please try creating a new profile and see if it reproduces?
