User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110202 Firefox/4.0b12pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110114 Thunderbird/3.3a2 Selection of a size number over 9 is without efffect, the three-dotted default display remains unchanged Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Edit > Preferences 2. Choose the Display panel > Formatting tab 3. click the Size dropdown menu 4. Choose size like 14 or over 5. the 3 dotted placeholder remains unchanged Actual Results: No size change seems to be selected Expected Results: The chosen size number should appear and be validated on - there is no such problem for me on Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr-FR; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101207 Thunderbird/3.1.7 - same problem of dropdown size selection in the Fonts and Encoding dialog triggered with Advanced button. - when you chose a single digit number, it works, when you chose a double digit one, it fails. So obviously this menu needs a bit more space.

(In reply to comment #1) > Anything in Tools -> Error console when this happens ? nothing significant here Could not read chrome manifest file '/home/famille/miramar/extensions/{972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd}/chrome.manifest'. (default theme I presume)

mmmh I just tested with another theme (Nuvola) and this annoyance does not appear (double digit sizes are available and visible) So it seems the failing default theme is at stake here.
