Details

Tamarin builds are currently dependent on a asc.jar whose source is behind the Adobe firewall (in a private SVN branch). This means that only Adobe folks can build AVM. It also seem inconvenient to require TR contributors to clone and build an non-TR repo to get the critical build component.

Let's just check asc.jar into the Tamarin repos.
