The duplicate accesskey entry found in the mozmill test run[1] has been correctecd in the mercurial repo [2].

Can you please point me to the nightly build on which the test has been run?

The tests have been run against 4.0b11. The next time I will run the tests is for beta 12. But you can run the tests on your own by using a bn-IN build from the following folder:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-l10n/
Reorganized preferences are now in product, and require some duplication.
