+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #617968 +++ Noticed that we have branch crash stats throttled. We are going to beta for another week so want them unthrottled. I'll write a bug to have crash processing throttled again before release.

laura/lars: would it be possible for you to write me a patch? The throttling changes aren't overrideable in my configuration as I understand it, so having a patch file would ensure getting it consistent... I believe the relevant files are in /data/socorro/application/scripts/config (commonconfig.py and collectorconfig.py are unchanged from the .dist files)
