Note: This is going to be nulled when we have a mobile release dashboard in Input 3.3. Yet, we're still linking to it from the mobile release submission pages. So, this is a bug until we've got one.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to m.input.stage.mozilla.com/release

Actual Results:
The modifiers on the LHS controls snippet do not fit the bounds on the snippet.

Expected Results:
The modifiers should fit the bounds of the snippet.

The bug was that mobile helpers were intermingled with a non-mobile site. I am now not giving mobile_site=True to this template, until it is mobilified later down the road.
