When user adds a config in about:config that is already in the list, the app doesn't return any message about a duplicate entry.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Type about:config in URL field
3. Add a config name and type that is already in the list.
Actual Results:
App doesn't return any message and there is no change in config view.

Expected Results:
App will return a message where it says that there is already a configuration added in the list and it will focus on that config line.

I don't think this feature worth the work it will involved both for the developers and the localizers.
