beltzner is positive about taking the strings in bug 617393.

Filing a bug in the Firefox component so that we can get this into the blocker count.

The patch in bug 617393 isn't yet finished, so marking dependency.

Beltzner, do the full triage and keyword magic?
Beltzner - is it your intent to treat this as a blocker, or just a thing-which-gets-approval. Would we hold for this?

Jonathan:  The Patch in bug 617393 is waiting for the icon work from Stephen Horlander.  But it's otherwise complete.  I updated it today with the latest versions of the strings.  So if you want to land the strings before the icon work is done, you can merge the patch from 617393 right now, and then we can add the icons as a separate patch.
