document IMAP fetch_by_chunks preference workaround for Thunderbird and Exchange as well as Thunderbird and Gmail and finally Thunderbird and certain IMAP servers (like gmx, we've had a few reports of this)
i.e. synthesize the knowledge here:
* gmail may or may not have fixed the bug but google recommends turning it off as an "IMAP enhancement" http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=78892

* If you are using IMAP as your mail protocol, change:
mail.imap.fetch_by_chunks
mail.server.default.fetch_by_chunks
* bug 92111 (not sure if this an Exchange bug or a Thunderbird bug, my guess would be both)
