Once, while hitting https://crash-stats.stage.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byversion/Firefox/4.0b8/7/all, we got this in the logs:

This is the first time I've seen this, so I doubt it's critical.

Also we got several core dumps from httpd around this time:

zend_mm_heap corrupted
[Mon Feb 14 17:26:57 2011] [notice] child pid 1513 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /tmp

Could be related. Unfortunately stage is an older rev of RHEL than new PHX prod (5 vs 6). Something to keep an eye on though.
