Yes, They Need To Be manually forwarded or have to manually seek The Video With the mouse icon or keyboard. But not all the time this flaw happens

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to youtube.com
2.open a video
3.Sometimes after clicking on pause while playing, When clicking on the video It has to resume but doesn't Instead stops there Until We click on the seek bar
Actual Results:
The video doesn't resume immediately, Have to manually seek it for it to start playing smoothly

Expected Results:
Run when resumed from pause without any stops

this doesn't occur all the time and has nothing to do with buffering
