635036 - Align historySidebarCmd.accesskey with historyButton.label

browser/chrome/browser/browser.dtd historyButton.label and historySidebarCmd.accesskey do not match.  The names should be the same to allow translators and tools to associate the label to the accesskey

Please change historySidebarCmd to align with historyButton

I'm a bit lost here because looking at history quickly, https://searchfox.org/mozilla-esr17/rev/8f40560c89d23744d3f149894037773b294837e7/browser/locales/en-US/chrome/browser/browser.dtd#179,181 shows History and s respectively, which feels like it works fine? Then bug 807531 removed the access keys entirely. Given that, I'm going to close this out... but let me know if I'm missing something and this is still relevant.
