script qaclean is supposed to remotely go to the machines, if lock file exists
kill process, kill selfservers, rm lockfile, rm tmpfiles
on NT it will not work remotely
Assigned the bug to Sonja.  Set target milestone NSS 3.3.

Has been done for a while. /u/sonmi/bin/qaclean [host].
Some other fixes to QA should also make it "selfcleaning" :)
