Installed OK, but when opened it retreats to the task bar and can't be maximised from there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double-click icon on desktop
2. Startup page flashes briefly then disappears
3. Eudora showing on task bar but can't be maximised.
Actual Results:  
As above - repeated several times.

Expected Results:  
Should have shown start-up page
Penelope didn't see any activity in the vcs for the last 8 years, closing.
