New locales need to have in-product pages used by Firefox listed here: 

http://l10n.mozilla.org/webdashboard/

Since web pages are a moving target with content and markup changing over time, Pascal will follow up here with the status quo on that.

I wonder if it makes sense to get the beta download page up quickly, so that https://www.mozilla.com/zu/firefox/beta actually points to the zulu builds, right now it seems to do locale detection.
First partial translation of main.lang committed in r107076.
We've put the effort to ship Firefox Desktop in Zulu on hold.

If there's renewed interest, we should get a new set of bugs on file at this point, I guess. Given how much changed since this was filed.
