There is indeed a layout problem but I tend to think it's a site design issue. 

Problem with Firefox: buttons of the top do not see well. 
Problem with Safari: buttons show well, but do not work at all. 
Problem with IE: buttons of the top do not see well. 

Please also try these situations see if you can confirm all the above.
