User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_6; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.13 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/9.0.597.107 Safari/534.13 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.14) Gecko/20110218 Firefox/3.6.14 On nearly any site I visit, Flash and non-flash all have this issue, Firefox can use up to 90% of the CPU (2.26GHZ intel C2D) the ram stays quite low though, Chrome Safari and opera all operate at one tenth of this, or less. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open firefox 2.Open activity monitor 3.Browse Actual Results: High CPU utilization. Expected Results: Low CPU utilization.
