63884 - The OK button in pushed position is drawn 2 times

Using build 2000122604.  Steps to reproduce:

1- Go to the preference
2- Be ready to watch quick!
3- Left click an hold the button on the OK button and notice the refresh, the
button is drawn twice.
4- To see it more easily, hold the mouse button and go on and off the button.
Then, do the same with the cancel button, you'll notice that the refresh is alot
smoother for cancel than OK.

I've noticed this on OK button in prefs, ok in bookmark properties, apply
theme... I guess 1 routine handles the OK buttons...

Going to composer, subscribe to newsgroup dialog, the OK button is drawn
correctly.  Strange.
