639111 - Bug Details loads data from first record by default

Repro:

- go to http://brasstacks.mozilla.com/orangefactor/?display=Bug&bugid=633566

OR

- go to http://brasstacks.mozilla.com/orangefactor/?display=Bug

and enter a bug number.

In both cases, the startday will default to 2010-08-01.  It should be the default (4 weeks ending today atm).

We probably haven't noticed this earlier because all the internal links to the Bug Details view include the date range.

Might be cool to also display the date of the first recorded occurrence (with a special string if at beginning of records) along with a link to view the whole history (i.e. first occurrence to now).

This makes the default dates on the Bug Details view the same as the other views (currently, the last 4 weeks). It also adds a link to see the entire history of the bug, from the day before the first appearance to the day after the last appearance.  I think it looks better with the extra days--though I also noticed that we handle 0 counts differently before and after a bug's first occurrence--but maybe that's how it should be.

Also had to fix calculateMetric() to actually do something with dataStartDate and dataEndDate.
