Delete a Mail folder and create a folder in the same parent with same name as that of deleted folder, it is bringing back the old folder

suppose a folder "venu" which contains another folder "abc" is deleted  from 
drafts folder, then create a new folder in drafts with name "venu", it is 
bringing back that previously deleted folder "venu" with  folder "abc" inside it

Worksforme with build 2000122904, Windows 98. Reporter, can you reproduce this 
with the latest nightly?

Btw, may this be related to bug 63866 and/or possibly bug 63864?
Yes It is woring in latest nightly builds I tried on 2000122805..

Reporter try removing your profile and creating a fresh one. Does that fix the
problem?
