When Mail Account Wizard is prompetd, it's seems that "Cancel" and "Continue" buttons are incongruent as displayed in attached screenshot

The font size is different, yes. That's intentional. Whether that's wanted or not is up to Bryan. It's a style-sheet only change to remove that difference (just make them both the same size).
