Details

With bug 641001 and bug 636774, all visitors might be removed and it seems more interesting to have visitors directly implemented by nsIRadioGroupContainer users if we need other later.

If we need to keep them, we should think about removing nsIRadioVisitor and make nsRadioVisitor public instead.
