The static portions of f1.mozillamessaging.com need WebTrends tracking.

This needs to be added at the bottom of every page that needs to be tracked(just above </body>), and the webtrends.js file needs to be accessible at the link that the html points to(that link can be changed to whatever, default is /scripts/webtrends.js).

Added this to the source, but only for the home page, not for the share UI page. Done in this commit: https://github.com/mozilla/f1/commit/152e85b68453f4d0e2899890ffed1666f29809b7
