I think this URL has been taken out of context. You only get to this page after downloading Fx and the complete URL is: http://www-fx4.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-3.6.15&os=win&lang=en-US

Closing for now since going to mozilla.com/download isn't a actual use case.

Mozilla.com/download and Firefox.com/download used to be supported redirects (and probably others).  As we fix and augment our automated tests [1], it'd be good to have a master list, or at least work really closely, to be sure we don't regress redirects.  That said, the dropped redirects might be intentional, I just don't know.
