After updating to FF4 the scroll button on my Acer 5720Z Laptop is not working. I had no such problem with FF3.6, if I connect my usb mouse this scrollwheel functions normally.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Firefox
Actual Results:
Firefox not responding to scroll button input.

Expected Results:
Scrolling action

I've experience the same problem with OpenOffice
Could you see if the issue occurs if using Firefox in safe mode:
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty testing profile? (Don't install any addons into it)
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile

You could try a clean install of FF 4.0
@Florin
Thanks for the suggestions. Tried safe mode and clean profile, sadly neither solves the problem.
I'll comment when I got a clean isntall of 4.0
The scroll button is working now. I suspect a simple restart of Windows made Firefox detect the button.
Thanks.
