Firefox 4.0

steps to reproduce:
1. Tools->Add-ons
2. Discovery pane loads
3. Switch to a different tab for a few minutes.
4. Switch back to disco pane


observed behavior:
Promo module disappears after a few minutes. See screenshot

I can reproduce this bug only via the add-on manager.

I was able to reproduce this behavior in a new profile but not anymore. Will reopen if I have STR

When this occurs all the panels have this style set:

Also, I have see this behavior only when I am logged into AMO.

1. Log into AMO

3. Wait for a few minutes

4. Just switch to a different tab and switch back. This also works
