User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.15) Gecko/20110303 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.9 I was prompted to upgrade Lightning to v1.0b2. After the upgrade, and restarting Thunderbird, all of my calendar entries disappeared, both local and remote. Also, any new entries I try to create do not show on the local calendar. This same thing happened on my desktop (Windows 7) and my laptop (Windows Vista). The remote calendars I am subscribing to are Google Calendars. Also, if I create an entry locally to a remote calendar, it not only fails to appear locally, but does not update on the remote calendar (this worked properly prior to the Lightning upgrade). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Upgrade to Lightning 1.0b2 2. 3. Actual Results: All calendar entries disappeared. Expected Results: Calendar entries should have remained.

Please check if the checkbox next to the calendar name in the left pane is enabled. If it is disabled the events and tasks from this calendar will not be shown. If this doesn't help please check Tools > Error Console for calendar related error messages and copy/paste them here.
Version: unspecified → Lightning 1.0b2

Checked that before posting. All calendar boxes were, and remain checked.

The Error Console shows no Calendar errors.

Do I understand correctly that creating events is no longer possible? Do you also get no errors when trying to create an event? If you don't have any sensitive data in your local calendars, maybe you can send me your profile zipped so I can analyse. Be sure to remove all security related files (secmod, key3.db, signons*.txt, ...)

Christopher, is this still an issue using the recently released Lightning 1.0 (compatible with Thunderbird 8)?
