645799 - Hide the crash reporter from the recently used apps window

In Android long clicking on the home button will bring up a list of recently used applications. It currently lists the Crash Reporter, if there is a way to avodi being on the list it would be good. Clicking on the crash reporter from this screen shows the crash dialog again.

Looks like the same style fix from bug 690705 is needed:

android:excludeFromRecents="true" defined in the crash reporter activity

Simply adds the android:excludeFromRecents="true" to the CrashReporter manifest. Also removes some TABs.
