Attached file small testcase
In an XHTML document that has a 'root' element other than the html element, Select All doesn't work. Neither by right click > Select All nor by Ctrl + A.
Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.2a1pre) Gecko/20110329 Firefox/4.2a1pre.
Able to reproduce in firefox 3.6.16 also.
I have discovered that the exact same markup doesn't suffer from this issue if the media type 'text/xml' or 'application/xml' is used instead of 'application/xhtml+xml'.

I don't know what that means implementation wise, but it appears there is some kind of differentiation going on.

Bulk-downgrade of unassigned, >=3 years untouched DOM/Storage bug's priority.

If you have reason to believe this is wrong, please write a comment and ni :jstutte.
