Clicking on a link in an email (Windows Mail) gives a blank page (all grey) no menu, no way to refresh and view. Have to close. (When closing get a "closing tabs" warning box. Still no way to view.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send self an email with this op system and client with a link in it
2. Click on link
3. Go to newly opened browser window and see that you cannot see anything
Actual Results:
See above

Expected Results:
Expect to see the newly opened window with the web page that I want to view
Works fine for me. Please try if you can reproduce it or if it works fine

I am not going to try this stuff. Too complicated.

It happens all the time on my machine and there is something else, too.

About a 1/3 of the time, I click on a link and there is not way to go back. (Back button greyed out.) I suspect it is probably a naughty plug-in or add-on or something like that.

https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode is dead simple, and is a proper first step, especially given the many addon installed. If you still see this problem, and in safe mode, please reopen the bug report.
