Hey auscompgeek, I'm not sure what you mean with "add search for @Firefoxhelp". Can you clarify?

Just to be clear: The FirefoxHelp Twitter account is not a supported channel for help, it was never intended as one. Instead its purpose is to reach out to people who don't know about SUMO and let them know there is a site providing Firefox Help
