expected behavior:
There is consistency in the way we name section headings

observed behavior:
Section heading for  Review log is 'Add-on Editor Review Log' 
Section heading for Event log is 'Event Log'

Let's call it "Moderated Review Event Log"

They should both be named the same thing?  Or should we do:

"Editor Review Log" and "Editor Event Log"?

I went with "Editor Review Log" and "Editor Event Log"; reopen if you want the wording changed.

'Editor Event log' doesn't give any indication that the log is about moderated reviews. However, now the section heading names are consistent.

I renamed the queues.  I also renamed them in the breadcrumbs and the nav bar.
