We are adding `rel="nofollow"` to the website link but not to links in the bio... need to fix that.

I added rel="nofollow" to all links in the bio. This doesn't prevent spam but removes any google juice benefits these links. We should probably add a report abuse link to the profile page? I'll file a bug. https://github.com/jsocol/kitsune/commit/26b71486207ec213373da6fe3e390d275c131870

Seemed to me that looking at the profiles there were either no links or 4-5. Though there is a another class of seo spam that I saw to site build for a person using facebook links. I ignored those.

Verified rel=nofollow for all profile links - in website area and also in bio
