Project images get cropped to incorrect aspect ratio. Minor thing but would make us more polished.

I got bit by this one as well and ended up with a very out of shape and grainy logo. A notice on the image upload page stating pixel size or aspect ratio would be very helpful.
No more drumbeat.org, ergo no more drumbeat.org bugs.
