We want to move the about:mozilla.org subscribe page into the Get Involved section on mozilla.org.  It is currently a floating landing page and not integrated into the IA for mozilla.com and we'd like to make it more discoverable from the Get Involved pages.  As a sub-page there we could link to it from the side-nav and talk about how this is one of the ways to learn more of contribution opportunities.

This should be straight-forward.  We can take the body content of the current page and drop it into the template used for a Get Involved page and just add a sentence or two for context.  We'd also need to make sure the Responsys integration isn't broken in the move.
