I went over the last month of AUS pings for 3.6 release builds and found the following pings that appear to be stripped universal builds which we don't offer updates to.

140 ppc en-US installs on 3.6.6  (build 2010062522)
 75 ppc en-US installs on 3.6.11 (build 2010101210)
 61 ppc en-US installs on 3.6.9  (build 2010082414)

I think we should just offer a complete mar to keep these users up to date.

Forgot to add that there were an additional 234 installs on 3.6.16 that appear to be stripped universal binaries.

This was rediscovered after we shipped the new update server. I'm forward duping this to the new bug, where we will likely take action prettty soon.
