This section of the toolkit should cover visual elements not included in the other sections...things like colors and use of illustrations come to mind, but we'll need to talk about what else needs to be included here.

For background, there is a start of a Common Color Palette proposal at

I would recommend using this as a base, if appropriate, and expanding and rounding things out as part of a proposal to the task force.
