Writing a text line that is longer than the width of the screen does not display an horizontal scroll bar, but insteads starts a new line of text.

Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Start Workspaces (F4) 
 2. Start writing a line of text, until the characters reach the right most part of the screen

Actual results:
 - a new line is started

Expected results:
 - a scroll bar appears, giving the user the possibility to continue writing on the same line

The situation will be much better once Ace is integrated into Workspace. Then we'll have an horizontal scroll bar as an option, or source code wrapping (like now).
