If I drag a web address to the bookmark toolbar to bookmark it, the bookmark disappears after about 7 seconds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to a site
2.drag bookmark to bookmark toolbar
3.wait a few seconds
4. bookmark disappears

Actual Results:  
step # 4

Expected Results:  
bookmark stays on toolbar
