STR:

1. Clear your Facebook cookies
2. Load http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=153855034679517&sk=app_153855034679517
3. Click "Tell a friend, earn a badge"
4. Sign In
5. Now, click Share Link or Cancel

Marking as WONTFIX after talking with Zach. This is a Facebook platform issue and not something we can fix on our side.

Fortunately, it's pretty minor since users viewing the Web Hero tab will already be logged into Facebook and have the cookies set. Step 1 in the STR is very unlikely to happen in normal usage.
