Attachment: Patch for l10n master

Just like Firefox is having ff_central on the dashboard, I'd like to do the same for Thunderbird - tb_central.

We'll be setting up the aurora stuff soon, but we're not there yet, but we have now branched fully, so getting tb_central added will help those localisers working on the next version.

Attaching a patch for the l10n master, the l10n-central.ini is already set up:

Ok, we've now got repositories created for comm-aurora and comm-beta, so I'm going to munge this into setting up the dashboard for those as well.

One of these things is not like the other...

tb_central:
mozilla=comm-central

tb_aurora:
mozilla=mozilla-aurora

either it should be mozilla* or comm* I suspect not a mix.

This is fixed.

The seamonkey trees will need updates repo urls for aurora and beta, commented in that bug.
