In the previous attachment, InstallCleanup.cpp and InstallCleanup.h are the XP
parts of the utility. InstallCleanupWin.cpp and makefile.win are Windows specific.

xpicleanup.exe is now part of the build.  Marking this part of the over-all
Post-Install-Replace-Utility thingy fixed.  ("Thingy" is a technical term.)
