Need the standalone file-replace utility on windows for post-install replace bug

In the previous attachment, InstallCleanup.cpp and InstallCleanup.h are the XP parts of the utility. InstallCleanupWin.cpp and makefile.win are Windows specific.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
After reviewing and discussing the Mac version with Samir and Simon, changed the char* parameters to const char* in next attachment.

Dan, to clarify, after this bug is checked in, we're cool to start using update.html as a way to upgrade to the dailies if upgrading Win9x builds.

xpicleanup.exe is now part of the build. Marking this part of the over-all Post-Install-Replace-Utility thingy fixed. ("Thingy" is a technical term.)
