In the previous attachment, InstallCleanup.cpp and InstallCleanup.h are the XP
parts of the utility. InstallCleanupWin.cpp and makefile.win are Windows specific.

After reviewing and discussing the Mac version with Samir and Simon, changed the
char* parameters to const char* in next attachment.

Dan, to clarify, after this bug is checked in, we're cool to start using
update.html as a way to upgrade to the dailies if upgrading Win9x builds.

Post-Install-Replace-Utility thingy fixed.  ("Thingy" is a technical term.)
