RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 656966

People

(Reporter: nmaier, Assigned: dkl)

Details

Regular users (e.g I) should be allowed to file security bugs against the Add-On Security component. Such users may also find and report security issues in AMO tracked add-ons.

Filing such bugs is however rejected by bugzilla. It says membership in the "client-services-security" group is required.

I thought we fixed this already... glob backed out the patch that broke it pending getting the proper fix in... /me looks for the bug
Found it... looks like the "proper" fix was apparently already done, but hasn't been pushed live yet. Not sure why the previous backout didn't fix it... I'll go push this out.
