See the URL.  The orange factor for mozilla-central should be somewhere around 1, I think, and the number of test runs and the number of orange test runs should differ from the global number.
I think there was indeed a bug here before, but I believe it's fixed.  I now see 838 failures in 467 testruns for an OF of 1.79, lower than the global stats of 1181 failures in 620 testruns (OF 1.9). Does that make sense?
