using 1/17 build of netscape

1) launch netscape
2) launch composer
3) insert text 
4) highlight that text
5) go into Link properties and enter a valid URL
6) click OK
7) now glide your cursor over that link in the composer window

notice you don't see the link in the window pane. See 4.x behavior.

this is a good example of what it should be used for.
