configure fail on arrm platform. I get :


configure: error: Your compiler does not follow the C++ specification for temporary object destruction order.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch configure

	 CFLAGS="-g -O2 -Wall" LDFLAGS="-lstdc++" \
	 CPPFLAGS="-DXP_UNIX -DJS_C_STRINGS_ARE_UTF8" \
	 ./configure --prefix=/home/benoitc/emonk/c_src/system \
				    --disable-debug \
					--enable-optimize \
					--enable-static \
					--disable-shared-js \
					--disable-tests \
					--with-system-nspr \
					--with-nspr-prefix=/home/benoitc/emonk/c_src/system && \
		make -j 3 all)


Actual Results:

This patch fix issue. tested on the sheevaplug (marvel armv5) .
