When I open firefox browser and leave the browser idle for 1-2 min's, browser is not refreshing automatically

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open fire fox browser
2. Keep the browser idle for some time
3. Check the browser status

Actual Results:  
No auto refresh

Expected Results:  
Browser should refresh automatically
On what URL ? A browser will not do this automatically, only if the page asks for it.

In most of the cases, web developers decide whether their pages to have auto refresh or not. As in comment 1 a browser will not do this automatically.
Setting this as wontfix.
