Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Windows control panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan Settings. 2. Put a check next to Automatically Detect Settings. 3. In Firefox go to Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Settings. 4. Put the radio button next to Use System Proxy Settings then click Ok and Ok again. 5. Open any url. Actual Results: Firefox will not try to Auto-detect the proxy. Expected Results: Firefox should auto-detect the proxy. This also applies to the system setting for Use Automatic Configuration Script.
