HTML subject fields are not correctly interpreted when receiving HTML messages

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add my blog feed to your Thunderbird reader: http://davidbourguignon.wordpress.com/?feed=atom
2. Among them, some subject fields contain HTML encoding such as "What happened to Google’s antinuclear stance?" from the post http://davidbourguignon.wordpress.com/2011/04/26/what-happened-to-googles-antinuclear-stance/
3. HTML encoding in the subject field is not correctly interpreted, while the message body in HTML is correctly interpreted

Actual Results:  
Mail subject field: "What happened to Google’s antinuclear stance?"

Expected Results:  
Mail subject field: "What happened to Google’s antinuclear stance?"
